What happens after I book?

You'll receive an email confirmation immediately. Within 24-48 hours, we'll contact you to confirm the exact date and time that works for both parties.

Can I reschedule my session?

Yes, you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your confirmed session time by contacting us via email.

What's the refund policy?

Full refunds are available if cancelled more than 48 hours before the session. Cancellations within 48 hours may be rescheduled but are non-refundable.

What platform do you use for virtual sessions?

We use Zoom for all virtual sessions. You'll receive a link via email before your session.
